REFUND POLICY.

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold through skillhacx.com. By purchasing from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All sales are final. Because our products and services include digital content, downloadable materials, educational information, access-based products, consultations and services, all purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS.
All digital products, downloadable products, digital books, playbooks, templates, guides, prompt vaults, recordings, digital materials and other digital materials are non-refundable, non-returnable and not eligible for exchange once purchased.

3. MEMBERSHIPS, CHANNEL ACCESS, CONSULTATIONS AND SERVICES.
All memberships, private channel access, coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, implementation support, technical setup and service-based offers are non-refundable. This is because such offers may involve immediate access to digital materials, intellectual property, reserved time, service availability, consultation capacity or delivered support.

4. NO REFUNDS BASED ON RESULTS.
We do not offer refunds based on: Lack of results. Unmet expectations. Failure to implement. Failure to complete the program or product. Failure to understand the material. Dissatisfaction with the effort required. Change of business direction. Change of mind after purchase. Lack of time, discipline or commitment. Failure to achieve a desired financial, business or personal outcome. Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your background, experience, skill level, effort, execution, consistency, decision-making and market conditions.

5. NO REFUNDS FOR PARTIAL USE OR NON-USE.
No refunds will be granted if you: Accessed or downloaded the product but did not use it fully. Received access but chose not to continue. Consumed part of the material and then decided not to proceed. Partial use, non-use or failure to consume the product does not make the purchase refundable.
